Epilepsy Service
In conjunction with Baylor Medical Center at Grapevine epilepsy monitoring unit, we provide comprehensive diagnosis, characterization, and treatment of all forms of epilepsy. Long term seizure monitoring is done at Baylor. Dr Imam is the medical director of Baylor comprehensive epilepsy and sleep disorders center. Programing and maintenance of Vagal Nerve Stimulator (VNS) for epilepsy is also provided.
Sleep Medicine
In conjunction with Baylor Medical Center at Grapevine Sleep Lab, we provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of all sleep disorders. Diagnostic tests include polysomnogram (sleep study), CPAP titration, Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT), and Maintenance of Wakefulness Test (MWT). Dr Imam is the medical director of Baylor comprehensive epilepsy and sleep disorders center.
Neurodiagnostic Lab
The neuro-diagnostic lab provides state of the art diagnostic tests, such as electromyography (EMG), nerve conduction study (NCS), and evoked potential study (EPS) to aid in the diagnosis of mono-neuropathies, such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and poly-neuropathies, such as diabetic peripheral neuropathy. EPS helps in the diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis.
Therapeutic Botulinum Toxin Lab
